Canadian Start-up Visa services and Investment Program

 

The Canada Startup Visa Program is a Business Immigration or "Investor" Visa option that allows you to immigrate to Canada by starting a business. You and your business will have to meet a set of requirements in order to be successful with your application

 

 

Canadian Start-up Visa services :

 

1.0 You must be a qualifying business to apply to the SUV program.

1.1  If your business is incorporated in your country, continue reading the guidelines.

1.2  If your business has not yet been incorporated, please follow this next step before proceeding.

1.3 Qualifications

  • Proof of funds must be shown in an official letter from any bank or financial institution where the money is held.
  • The applicant cannot borrow this money from another person.

 

Language Requirements:

  • Must meet language qualifications of being proficient in English and/or French in Benchmark level 5 or higher. This level must be achieved in reading; writing; speaking; and listening.

2.1 we outlining your business and individual information is to be completed. You will have received the Agency application Form in your package.  

2.2 Ater approval of your application and will send a contract, which includes a payment for your first 90 days in the program. Once the contract is signed, and the funds paid, we will issue a Letter of Support.

The contract will begin and services will be provided as you wait for your work permit to be approved.

Subsequent monthly payments are due on the 1st of every month, starting after the 90-day pre-payment has ended.

2.3 Pricing Strategy (for an application with 1-person in the business)

 

phase 1: 

 

Step 1: Review government qualifications and make sure you are eligible for this program. (1.0)

Step 2: Fill out the application for Accelerator.

Step 3: the startup visa agency does due diligence on the proposed business.

Step 4: Send personal net worth statements so the Agency can confirm that you meet the requirements posted by the Canadian government. 

Step 5: Receive approval. We will send out a congratulatory letter via e-mail stating that you have been accepted into the Program.

Step 6: Submit your self-employment offer and pay the employer compliance fee ($230). You will submit your self-employment offer via the Employer Portal, found on page 3 of the Guide – Applying for an SUV Work Permit. There, you will fill out the application form online and submit.

 

phase 2: 

Step 7: Receive your contract from the accelerator.

Step 8:  90-day Period payment.

Step 9: Receive your Letter of Support from the Agency. Please allow two weeks for the Letter of Support to be completed. Once completed, will send you a copy of your Letter of Support, which must accompany your application for your work permit and permanent residence. If there are any issues with the Commitment Certificate, which is needed to be completed to receive the Letter of Support, please allow for extra time. Any additional time will be made faster with your quick response to any queries.

 

phase 3:

 

Step 10: Apply for your work permit.

* you have completed your Self-Employment Offer.     

 

 

You must have sufficient funds to meet the low income cut off for your family size for 52 weeks. (1.3).

Some documents you will need to attach to your work permit:

  • Proof of language proficiency (1.3)
  • Letter of Support
  • Identity and Civil Documents
  • Children’s Information (if applicable)
  • Police Certificates and Clearances
  • Photo Identification

 

phase 4:

Step 12: Apply for Permanent Residence.

Step 13: Receive approval for a work permit from the government.

Step 14: Receive Welcome Package that will provide you with information on schools, hospitals, clinics, restaurants, as well as, selected real estate agents to make your move easier.

Step 15: In your first month, we will help you set up banking and accounting, answer questions for you about the program and your new city, and will help you get connected with a real estate agent.

 

phase 6:

Step 16: Inform the government of any address changes that may have happened along the way.

Step 17: Payment for program fees is to be received on the 1st of every month.  

Step 18: Receive Permanent Residence.
